Snail of Approval Spotlight
Noosa Black Coffee
Noosa’s only commercial coffee grower
Noosa Black Coffeeis grown at a small family-owned & operated coffee plantation nestled in the picturesque valley near Kin Kin in the Noosa Hinterland.
In 2005, Pete & Tracey Hinner planted 6000 coffee trees & began nurturing & experimenting with production techniques until they produced the quality coffee that they proudly offer today. Their trees are the Coffea Arabica K7 variety which were developed & recommended for use in the Northern Rivers area of NSW. K7 trees are resistant to disease so there is no need for chemical pesticides. The Noosa-grown single origin roasts & hand-crafted blend are all 100% arabica & locally roasted.
NoosaReds is a Sunshine Coast grower of hydroponic truss tomatoes & producer of tomato preserves with production now in full swing!
Once you taste a Noosa Reds Vine Ripened Tomato you will never go back! Noosa Reds supply direct to local restaurants & you can find them at the Noosa Markets every Sunday. All tomatoes are picked daily so customers can rest assure that only the freshest produce goes to market! There is no wastage at Noosa Reds with any leftover tomatoes used to make their delicious range of chutneys jams & sauces. Farm gate sales & tours are welcome by appointment.
